The Data Transfer form is a means of providing SWCIS with useful information relating to data one wishes to send. Data transmission is achieved via email or post.

The Data Transfer section is only available to those who have registered on this website with NHS Content Approval. Please note: once logged in, links to the data transfer forms (electronic and postal) will appear in the left hand menu under "Data Transfer".
