Complaints Policy

If you see any content on this website that you think violates UK laws or the Hub Terms and Conditions, please complete our Feedback Form. All other comments about the Urological Cancer Hub can be sent to the Hub team using this form.

We will respond to all complaints within two working days of receipt of complaint. If we determine that the complaint is legitimate, we will remove the content within the same time period (and sooner if possible). If not, we reserve the right to leave the content as it is on the website.
